UNPACKING WHO YOU ARE
LIVE's origin goes back to Trevor Ross, Founder of LIVE Kombucha, and his pursuit to find a healthier option for his family's sugary soda habits. His goal was to create a kombucha that genuinely tasted as good as soda, meaning he had to marry the good-for-your-gut probiotics with the good-for-your-soul flavors of his family's favorite pop.

People want to live healthier lives. They want the freedom good health brings, but breaking unhealthy habits is hard. The vast majority are not prepared to completely change their habits, but small changes have a big impact. In this case, you don’t have to give up soda – just choose a healthier one.

PACKING IT ALL UP
The previous packaging was all about the kombucha with a small nod to the soda flavor. We decided to flip this idea. The new label’s largest type calls attention to the soda flavor and utilizes a script font to evoke the classic soda brands of the past. A bubbly pattern communicates both a retro, throwback vibe and the carbonation we love in our favorite soft drinks. Printing techniques allow the pattern to catch light providing an eye-catching effect at shelf.

Aligning more with shoppers who are exploring new ways to make healthier choices, the branding became better positioned to reach the mainstream – not just the fringe shoppers familiar with new trends. Most importantly this meant healthier habits for more people.
